SHIPPING FAQ

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the US. As our capabilities are expanded, we will update this policy accordingly.

How long does it take for items to arrive?

Handmade items are generally made-to-order. This means that once you've placed your order, we'll get to work creating your piece and shipping it out for you. This can take up-to 10 days (if we are experiencing a period of increased order volume, you will receive a notification that shipping times may be delayed).

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you should receive it within 5 business days. 

How much is shipping?

We do our best to keep shipping costs down. Our standard shipping rate is $7.95. If you live in the Cedar Rapids or Marion, IA area, we can deliver your order for $2.95. Simply select "Local Delivery" as your option at checkout. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently do not have free shipping options, but hope to offer this perk as our capabilities increase.

Return & Exchange FAQ

Do items need to be returned in the original packaging?

Items do not need to be returned in original packaging, but must be returned in their original CONDITION. If there is any damage or signs of use, you may only be entitled to a partial refund. 

Who is responsible for paying the S&H?

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless an item arrives damaged. 

How many days from delivery can items be returned?

Please make all returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

What happens if items arrive damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please email christa@fanhaven.co ASAP for further instruction.
